Are reserving of item(s) allowed?
Our items are sold on a first-come-first-serve basis with a 48 hours pending time for payment. Afterwhich if payment is failed to do so, the item(s) will be passed on to the next interested buyer.
When will my item(s) be mailed out?
Once you've made your payment, please email us your address as well as the transaction reference. All items will be mailed out the next working day.
When will I receive my item(s)?
It'll take about 3 days to a week depending on Singpost.
Are the items sold authentic?
Yes, they all are unless otherwise stated.
How can I be assured that my item will not be damaged halfway?
We pack our stuff with bubble wrap for the smaller and fragile items.
As for clothing, they'll be wrapped in plastic first before putting them into boxes/envelopes. This is to ensure that the mail will reach you in good condition (in case of rain or water gets into it).
